Architect
An architect is involved in all stages of construction and the process, maintaining close contact with the client. They must ensure that the plans and drawings they submitted and designed are correctly translated during the building process. The architect is responsible for ensuring that everything is done according to regulations and that all necessary building permits have been obtained and are valid. They must take environmental factors into account and possess knowledge in electrical systems, building materials, and building laws. Additionally, the architect must supervise the contractor during construction.
