A youth counselor/guide engages in instructing, accompanying, and supporting young people and youth in various educational and social activities. The counselor helps youth cope with personal and social challenges, encourages the development of personal skills, and leads the group in programs designed for empowerment, values, and leadership. The counselor is responsible for organizing group activities (actions, trips, and various events) and conducting them.
