The Service Manager is the person responsible on behalf of the organization for managing and operating the customer service representatives team. The role includes the ongoing management of the service team in the organization, from recruitment, through training, to supervising their conduct with customers. Often the role includes responding to complex inquiries, taking care of "VIP" customers, and constantly examining the level of service in the organization for improvement purposes.
