Medical secretary
A secretary is an employee who deals with the administrative affairs of an organization or one of its units, and sometimes with the administrative affairs of a single person. The secretary's duties include, among other things: coordinating meetings inside and outside the organization, handling information coming to the office (sorting, distribution, catalog, filing, etc.), printing office correspondence on the issue, preparing meeting rooms, receiving phone calls to the organizational unit, and in particular to management. And addressing them or referring them to the appropriate body, and more.
