A pharmacist is a healthcare professional specializing in the preparation, distribution, and management of medications. They provide medical advice to healthcare teams and patients on the proper and safe use of medications, and perform checks on prescriptions and dispensed drugs. The pharmacist is also responsible for managing the medication inventory and preparing specialized medications. Pharmacists work in pharmacies, hospitals, and logistics supply centers, supporting therapeutic processes and contributing to improving medication safety.
