The candidate's right to review the opinion
The examinee's right to review the opinion
The examinee's right to review the psychotechnical report - given the clear language of the law and the importance of the right to review, the registrar's position is that every employer and every selection institute acting on its behalf, must allow every job candidate who has undergone selection and adaptation tests to receive the report exactly as it was provided to the employer who ordered the tests, including the results of the tests as included in the report, unless the exceptions detailed in section 13 (c) of the Privacy Protection Law applied. These exceptions should be interpreted narrowly and precisely as required from the infringement of the constitutional right to privacy.
