A picker is an employee responsible for collecting products or materials from various locations within a warehouse or work area, and ensuring they are ready for transportation or use. The picker receives a list of items to collect, and helps maintain order and organization in the warehouse. The job requires organizational skills, sometimes physical work, and understanding of the inventory management system to ensure products are collected correctly and efficiently. Pickers can work in warehouses, retail stores, or manufacturing plants.

A crane operator is responsible for operating mechanical engineering equipment, such as a crane, designed to lift heavy objects. Operating the crane, including tower cranes common at construction sites, requires very responsible work, with strict adherence to safety procedures, as any deviation from them could pose a life-threatening danger.

The lathe/milling operator is engaged in machining by operating computerized machines, according to the required process (turning or milling). The work is performed based on technical drawings, and using a variety of materials, such as plastic materials, wood, and metals.
