The main role of an Import-Export Manager is to identify new customers and markets for the company's products and manage relationships with authorities, customs brokers, and customers. The Import-Export Manager is responsible for handling and supervising import-export licenses, leading and managing negotiations with various suppliers, agents, and customers, and establishing agreements, including shipping processes.

A Purchasing Agent is responsible for the procurement process in an organization, including placing orders, negotiating with suppliers and contractors, and producing price quotes and relevant reports. The role requires managing relationships with existing suppliers and identifying new ones, monitoring the supply process, and the ability to negotiate prices and delivery terms. The Purchasing Agent tracks the procurement budget and ensures compliance with organizational requirements while optimizing costs. Skills in market analysis, understanding costs and trade terms, and the ability to work with internal and external interfaces are required.

A field installer deals with the installation of various products (electrical appliances, car accessories, solar panels, fiber optics) at the customer's home or business. The installer performs product installations while providing friendly customer service and considering the professional nature of the product itself, sometimes being required to perform additional sales/upgrade actions during the installation. Field installer is a dynamic position (located in a different place almost every day) requiring extensive judgment since the installer is the authority in the field and is responsible for solving problems that arise during work. Training is usually provided on the job and no prior certification is required, although previous experience in the technical field is considered a significant advantage.
