What is LogiPass

General description of the traditional recruitment processes common in the HR market.
The various recruitment methods and recruitment managers, as part of the system, mostly operate in the following way:
  1. Receiving resumes from various sources (placement agencies, newspapers, job boards and job sites, etc.). 
  2. The screening stage carried out by subcontractors (placement agencies, consultants, depending on who can afford it..). 
  3. The phone call stage (not always). 
  4. The first interview stage. 
  5. The professional interview stage (sometimes "on the way", i.e. immediately following the first interview). 
  6. The assessment and diagnosis stage (sometimes split into several stages such as assessment centers, graphology, psychometric testing, organizational psychologist, etc.). 
  7. Making the decision.
Description of the problem that Logipass comes to solve.
The logic in the system used stems from the principle of going from the easy to the difficult or from the cheap to the expensive, psychometric tests are expensive and therefore their place is at the end of the process, the result is that many people go through all the hiring procedures (items 1-5), and sometimes, if the final candidate(s) did not pass the test successfully, they go back to square one.
How does Logipass solve the problem?
Logipass provides HR with an available and inexpensive tool that allows to reverse the order of things and transfer the psychometric test to the beginning of the process, even before the candidates are invited for an interview at the organization, in this way, the number of candidates who will start the screening process will decrease by more than 50%.
Why is there no such product on the market?
Two main reasons:
  1. The development of such a product involves a large investment of time and resources, the fear of copying/duplicating/studying the product or in short "burning" the questions is very deterring, the danger that this investment will go down the drain because it will be abandoned and unsupervised in the home of every examinee rules out the feasibility of the investment from the threshold. 
  2. The development of a psychometric testing system is complex, requires resources and extensive knowledge in various disciplines (psychology, computers, engineering), those who are able to develop such a product are mainly psychometric institutes that are in a sharp conflict of interest with the implications of the product on their business.
What solution did Logipass find for the copying problem in addition to photographing the examinee during the test?
Random system: Logipass developed the system where its protection is not in "keeping it" but in constantly increasing the items that make up the various tests so that the questions are pulled randomly from a wide range of versions, this approach does not allow learning the questions, the examinee does not know what questions he will get next time.
 And therefore:
1.     An examinee can take the test again and again, without fear of learning the test or copying it, and without the need for a cooling-off period between one psychometric test and another.
2.     Based on this, candidates can be tested at home as a preliminary stage to the interview stage, and if there is a suspicion that the test was forged, the candidate will be asked to take the test again at the organization...
3.     Since a candidate who was assisted and/or asked someone else to take the psychometric test for him will be discovered immediately upon receiving the results in a re-test, this is a new situation where "forging" the home test is tantamount to forging the CV, it can be easily checked without additional cost.
The purpose of the product:
