Elevator mechanic
An elevator technician, also known as a qualified elevator technician, is responsible for performing repairs and ongoing maintenance of passenger elevators and service elevators in residential buildings, offices and commercial centers. In order to work as an elevator technician, one must attend a professional course and obtain certification and a license. The studies provide a broad mechanical and electronic knowledge required for locating problems in elevators, whether in the motor, the electrical system, the cables, the elevator door. Elevator technician is dynamic field work.
