ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) implementers work in the field of information systems, and their role is to plan the use of systems that streamline the utilization of the organization's resources. The ERP implementation process includes, among other things, accompanying the definition of system requirements, implementing systems, training employees and managers in using the system, handling malfunctions, and ongoing monitoring of activities, and more.
