Maintenance person
A maintenance person is a person responsible for routine and preventive maintenance in the place where he works. His work includes adjusting doors and windows, plumbing and plaster work, installing acoustic ceilings and carpets, and more. In addition to this, the maintenance person is responsible for work according to changing needs, such as moving workstations, helping to set up events, and dealing with suppliers and subcontractors. A maintenance person is needed in the various educational institutions, in financial, medical and other institutions, as well as in hotels, companies and factories.
